Job summary

Aspen Medical seeks a Director – Service Performance to lead enterprise performance across analytics, assurance and continuous improvement within the Defence & National Security portfolio. You will establish performance frameworks, dashboards and governance to give leaders a clear view of performance, risks and opportunities.

With senior leadership experience, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, drive data literacy, and foster accountability and evidence-based decision-making

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across enterprise performance, analytics, governance or service improvement.
• Ability to design and implement enterprise performance frameworks, dashboards and scorecards.
• Strong ability to translate data into executive decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance strategy and governance across Defence & National Security portfolio.
• Drive executive performance reporting with timely, accurate insights across service delivery, workforce, clinical and commercial performance.
• Translate data into strategic insights, identify trends, risks and opportunities for growth.
