Job summary

Aspen Medical is seeking a Director – Service Performance to join the Defence & National Security portfolio and lead enterprise performance, analytics and continuous improvement. You will establish frameworks, governance, dashboards and reporting across Operations, Clinical Services, Commercial, Workforce and Digital functions to enable evidence-based decisions at executive level.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights, manage performance risks

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience across enterprise performance, governance or service improvement.
Ability to design and implement enterprise performance frameworks, dashboards and scorecards.
Exceptional analytical capability to translate data into executive insights and decisions.
Strong stakeholder leadership across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
Experience in regulated, multi-site or mission-critical environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise performance strategy with governance, measures and scorecards across the portfolio.
Drive executive reporting and analytics for service delivery, readiness, workforce, clinical and commercial performance.
Translate data into strategic insights, forecast, model and analyse for decision-making and growth.
Establish robust performance assurance: consistent methodologies, data quality and auditable reporting.
Lead continuous improvement through root cause analysis and evidence-based initiatives.
Build performance capability by leading a high-performing analytics function and strengthening data literacy across leadership.
