Job summary

District Council of Yankalilla is seeking a Director Corporate Services to lead the Corporate Services portfolio, ensuring delivery of strategic and business objectives. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive organisational performance and compliance while building capability for long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Management, Risk, Law, Public Policy or related disciplines.
• Experience in HR, governance, risk and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Leadership: drive delivery of strategic and business plans with CEO and elected members.
• Human Resources & Workplace Relations: lead workforce planning and ER/industrial relations matters.
• Risk, WHS & Wellbeing: manage risk and safety compliance and wellbeing initiatives.
• Governance, Legal & Policy: provide governance advice and ensure statutory compliance.
• Communications & Marketing: lead corporate communications and publications.
• Information Technology & Management: oversee digital transformation and change management.
