Job summary

Rocket Agency is looking for a relationship-driven commercial development professional in Sydney. The role focuses on staying close to a broad marketer network, building conversations, and identifying timing for new partnerships.

You'll mainly outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to Marketing Managers, Heads of Marketing and CMOs, with minimal closing yourself. In-office 3–4 days to start, growth with performance.

Qualifications

• Genuine digital marketing substance for credible marketer conversations.
• Self-starter with ownership over daily activities.
• Reliable, punctual and accountable in all tasks.
• Comfortable and confident on the phone with good listening skills.
• Organised and disciplined with CRM data maintenance.
• B2B sales experience in agency, publisher or tech settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture Rocket’s network; identify genuine opportunities.
• Engage marketers via phone, email and LinkedIn; log outcomes in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Commercial Directors and specialists to move conversations forward.
• Triages inbound inquiries while maintaining core outreach focus.
