Rocket Agency in Sydney is seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our Account Management team. You will own day-to-day client relationships and work with specialists across Digital Media, SEO/GEO, Social Media, Data & Analytics and Creative to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and establish client trust.
• Collaborate with specialists across Digital Media, SEO/GEO, Social Media, Data & Analytics and Creative to drive outcomes.
• Understand clients' businesses and commercial priorities to achieve goals.
• Challenge briefs and recommendations when a better approach exists.
• Run WIPs, reporting sessions, strategy sessions and other client meetings.
• Turn performance data into clear narratives and guide next steps.
• Keep projects, budgets, timelines and deliverables on track.
• Identify opportunities to expand work where it makes sense.
• Support and coach junior account managers toward an Account Director role.

Rocket is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our Sydney team.

To apply, you should have more than two years of experience directly working with clients in an agency environment (being more experienced than this is great, too).

Your background doesn't need to look exactly like ours. You may have worked in a digital, performance, socials, SEO, creative or integrated agency. What's more important is that you understand how agencies work, have experience working with clients and specialist teams, and are curious enough to learn (with our support) the areas you haven't been exposed to yet.

You might be an existing Senior Account Manager, an Account Manager ready for more responsibility, or coming from another part of the agency world and looking to broaden your digital experience.

About the opportunity

We're looking for a smart and results‑driven individual to join our Account Management team. Key aspects of the role include:

• Working with our team of specialists across a range of areas including Digital Media, SEO/GEO, Social Media, Data & Analytics and Creative to drive the best outcomes and experiences for our clients.
• Owning day‑to‑day client relationships and becoming someone clients genuinely trust.
• Understanding your clients' businesses, commercial priorities and what we're trying to achieve for them.
• Challenging briefs, recommendations and client requests when you think there's a better approach.
• Running WIPs, reporting sessions, strategy sessions and other key client meetings.
• Turning performance data into a clear story about what's working, what isn't and what we should do next.
• Keeping projects, budgets, timelines and deliverables on track.
• Identifying opportunities to improve or expand the work we're doing for clients where it genuinely makes sense.
• Supporting and coaching more junior account managers as you develop towards an Account Director role.
