Job summary

Workpro is seeking Disability Support Workers to join across Mildura, Colignan and surrounding Mallee districts. Casual/temporary roles with flexible rosters and ongoing opportunities. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living, and support mobility and community access.

Essential requirements include two years in disability or complex-care, a relevant Certificate III, current First Aid/CPR, and clear screening. A vehicle and license for client transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or related qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or state clearance.
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification.
• Driver licence and reliable transport; appropriate vehicle insurance when transporting clients.
• Australian work rights.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

SHIFT AND AVAILABILITY

Regular day shifts and ongoing roster patterns may be available. Include the days, hours and travel radius you can commit to each week.

INDICATIVE MARKET PAY

$40-$45 per hour + super Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtimeent.
