Workpro is seeking Disability Support Workers for Mildura & Colignan and surrounding Mallee districts in VIC. Casual/Temporary roles with flexible rosters and ongoing opportunities are available.

Successful applicants will have two years of disability or complex-care experience, a Certificate III in relevant field, current First Aid/CPR, and the required clearances. Driver licence and reliable transport are essential for client transport duties.

• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or state clearance.
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification.
• Driver licence and reliable transport.
• Australian work rights.

Responsabilidades

KEY DUTIES

• Provide person-centred personal care and daily-living support
• Support safe manual handling, transfers and mobility
• Assist with medication and agreed care routines
• Support community access, appointments and participation
• Complete accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification
• Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required
• Australian work rights

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE OR LICENCES

• ABI, TBI or behavioural-support experience
• Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experience
• Working With Children Check where required
• Experience working within a 24/7 home-care team

Regular day shifts and ongoing roster patterns may be available. Include the days, hours and travel radius you can commit to each week.

$40-$45 per hour + super Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtimeent.
