Workpro in Mildura, VIC is seeking Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care in Mildura, Colignan and surrounding Mallee districts. Roles include daily-living support, mobility assistance, medication support and community access. You will also document progress and communicate with the care team.

These are casual/temporary roles with flexible rosters and ongoing opportunities. Pay ranges from $40 to $45 per hour plus super, with rates reflecting awards, duties, shifts and

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or state clearance.
• Current manual-handling certification and medication administration certification.
• Driver licence and reliable transport for client transport.

KEY DUTIES

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification
• Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required
• Australian work rights

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE OR LICENCES

• ABI, TBI or behavioural-support experience
• Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experience
• Working With Children Check where required
• Experience working within a 24/7 home-care team

Regular day shifts and ongoing roster patterns may be available. Include the days, hours and travel radius you can commit to each week.

$40-$45 per hour + super Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtimeent.
