Job summary

Workpro in Victoria is seeking Disability Support Workers for Mildura & Colignan and surrounding Mallee districts. Casual/Temporary roles with flexible rosters and ongoing opportunities, supporting clients in their homes.

Duties include person-centred care, safe transfers, medication assistance, community access, and documenting progress notes for the care team. Applicants should have minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience, relevant Certificate III, First Aid/CPR, NDIS

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or related qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance.
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification.
• Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required.
• Australian work rights.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE OR LICENCES

• ABI, TBI or behavioural-support experience
• Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experience
• Working With Children Check where required
• Experience working within a 24/7 home-care team

SHIFT AND AVAILABILITY

Regular day shifts and ongoing roster patterns may be available. Include the days, hours and travel radius you can commit to each week.

INDICATIVE MARKET PAY

$40-$45 per hour + super Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtimeent.
