Sharp & Carter is recruiting an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager to oversee a strategic portfolio in the Australian market. You will blend account management, business development, and strategic consultation, serving as the main liaison for corporate dental clients and coordinating with internal teams.

In this role you will identify growth opportunities, tailor strategies, monitor performance, and ensure a premium experience.

Qualifications

Experience in account management, business development, or corporate client roles ideally within the dental field.
Or experience working as a Practice Manager or Dental Nurse looking to step into a sales role.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios and deliver on commercial targets.
Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience in healthcare, dental, or aligners industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

Act as the lead relationship manager for corporate partners and dental practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and run initiatives to expand the reach and visibility of the portfolio.
Develop tailored strategies and monitor performance to support growth and client satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive engagement and adoption.
Deliver training, support, and educational tools to clients and partners, ensuring ongoing success with key solutions.
