Patties Foods Ltd. in Mentone (Melbourne) is seeking a supply chain professional for a 10-month max term contract to lead demand and supply planning during SKU transitions.

You will connect customer cutover dates, forecasts, inventory run-out and production plans, coordinating with Commercial, Operations and site planning teams to keep service levels high while minimising waste. The role requires knowledge of Integrated Business Planning, strong Excel skills and data-driven problem solving

Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning, inventory control and supply chain planning within FMCG.
• Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Integrated Tactical Planning.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate demand, supply and inventory plans for SKUs and transitions.
• Align customer transition dates with demand assumptions.
• Monitor run-out and ramp-up/down for production.
• Identify planning exceptions and escalate risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, IT and Planning teams.
• Use data and planning tools to monitor progress and improve processes.
