Life-Space Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain Team at our Clayton head office. The role focuses on demand planning, customer collaboration, and operational execution to deliver high DIFOT and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will optimise planning processes, balance MOQs and lead times, and drive improvements across SAP‑driven workflows. This is a 13‑month fixed‑term, on‑site position in Melbourne, with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar demand planning role within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing demand, pricing, and operational decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with demand planning processes and ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound demand and coordinate with customers and internal operations.
• Ensure that supply planning aligns with commercial and operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and LEAN initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers to set benchmarks for order receipt, processing, and fulfilment.
• Integrate and optimise systems into SAP and improve automation and efficiency.
