As a Commercial Manager, you will oversee day-to-day commercial activities and provide expert contract advice for major Federal Government programs, while driving contracting strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Lead commercial management of large government programs.
• Establish, implement and manage contract changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse and complex stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across all commercial activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial activities for large Federal Government programs.
• Provide expert commercial and contractual advice across prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Develop and maintain clear contracting positions aligned with contract terms.
• Create and implement contracting strategies to mitigate risk, improve cash flow and enhance program profitability.
• Identify and resolve commercial/contractual issues and lead or support negotiations and proposal development for new scope or contract changes.
• Contribute to broader commercial and procurement initiatives within the organisation.
