Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts and delivering commercial outcomes in large, regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement, contracting and governance principles.
• Ability to provide strategic commercial advice to senior executives.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and manage competing priorities.
• Experience mentoring staff in contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial advice and support to contract managers and stakeholders across capability programs.
• Manage and maintain commercial governance frameworks, including procurement policies and guidance.
• Monitor and report on contractual obligations and key commercial activities.
• Identify commercial risks and change requirements and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support development of commercial capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
