Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited seeks a senior leader to drive the Data Governance Execution Plan, translating policies into scalable governance capabilities. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, influence executives, and strengthen accountability for data quality and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will build sustainable governance capability and support adoption of governance practices, partnering with business, risk and technology teams in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex data, technology, risk or business transformation programmes within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, operating models, controls and technology-enabled governance solutions.
• Experience implementing data management or governance platforms such as Collibra or similar tools.
• Ability to define strategy, set priorities and deliver measurable outcomes across large-scale portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across diverse teams.
