CDC Data Centres in Canberra is seeking an experienced customer success professional who thrives in complex environments and takes pride in delivering great outcomes for customers. You will be central to the customer lifecycle, building trusted relationships and coordinating with operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless, positive experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will own end-to-end customer satisfaction, drive improvements, and help CDC show up at its best

Qualifications

• Solid experience in customer success and/or service delivery and project coordination.
• Experience supporting large or enterprise customers with engagement with leaders and wider internal & stakeholders.
• Strong capability across contract management, SLA management and performance reporting.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a consistent, high quality experience throughout their journey with CDC
• Work collaboratively across CDC to bring the right teams together and support seamless, well coordinated customer outcomes
• Strengthen CDC's presence across multiple customer environments by partnering closely with customer stakeholders and on site teams
• Support delivery of customer contracts in line with agreed KPIs, helping ensure commitments are clearly understood, tracked and met
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly business reviews, quarterly operational and security audits, and other customer compliance activities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including operational matters and coordination of project quotes or proposals
• Stay connected to industry developments and represent CDC with professionalism, modelling our DNA and leadership fundamentals in every interaction
