Job summary

CDC Data Centres in Australia seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager who genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed. Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery and project coordination
• Experience supporting large or enterprise customers
• Growth in customer or service management roles
• Strong contract and SLA management and reporting
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ownership of outcomes and long-term relationships

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a consistent, high quality experience throughout their journey with CDC
• Work collaboratively across CDC to bring the right teams together and support seamless, well coordinated customer outcomes
• Strengthen CDC’s presence across multiple customer environments by partnering closely with customer stakeholders and on site teams
• Support delivery of customer contracts in line with agreed KPIs, helping ensure commitments are clearly understood, tracked and met
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly business reviews, quarterly operational and security audits, and other customer compliance activities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, including operational matters and coordination of project quotes or proposals
• Stay connected to industry developments and represent CDC with professionalism, modelling our DNA and leadership fundamentals in every interaction
