Job summary

• 2 years relevant experience in customer service or technical support.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end OTC performance management for segmented accounts.
• Act as operational contact for Enterprise Accounts and resolve OTC queries.
• Monitor and report open orders, backorders, deliveries, returns, disputes.
• Identify improvement areas and drive service enhancements.
• Prepare regular customer updates and operational reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales for issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement for efficiency and CX.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure process compliance.
• Escalate risks and customer concerns when needed.
