Qualifications

• 4+ years in administrative, coordinator, sales or compliance support roles.
• Experience with compliance-driven processes and regulated activities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer HCP and HCO engagement processes per standards.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness for training events via CVENT.
• Coordinate HCP travel through approved suppliers.
• Manage procurement and supplier processes in SAP, Ariba, ONIT.
• Maintain documentation, financial controls and data integrity.
• Perform general operations and administrative tasks.
