Endotherapeutics in Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead supply chain and 3PL partnerships. You will drive digital transformation and scalable processes while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in operations or supply chain leadership, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on SAP/Salesforce/RPA experience. A tertiary qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in operations management or supply chain leadership.
Experience managing 3PL relationships and SLA governance.
Experience leading teams in a high-growth distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Lead operational strategy and drive digital transformation with automation.
Manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehousing and DHL 3PL relationships.
Proactively reduce freight and logistics costs via tendering and benchmarking.
Ensure seamless order-to-delivery processes and monitor customer metrics.
Maintain regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, cold-chain) and recalls readiness.
Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners; report to CFO.
