Job summary

Medtronic in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Strategic Customer Operations Associate to strengthen the Order to Cash flow and customer experience. Based in Sydney, you will be the single point of contact for operational partnerships, driving improvements and coordinating with Global Operations & Supply Chain to resolve issues and optimize service.

You will work with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience in customer service or technical support.
• High school certificate (Year 12) is minimum education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OTC performance for assigned Enterprise Accounts.
• Act as the key operational contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams.
• Monitor and report on open orders, backorders, deliveries, returns and disputes.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and service delivery.
• Prepare regular customer updates and operational reports with clear communication.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to resolve issues promptly.
