Job summary

Westpac SME is seeking a Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships with third-party introducers, brokers, and referral networks to drive new SME opportunities.

You will leverage lending expertise and strong relationship skills to develop a robust pipeline of SME customers through external channels, partnering with brokers, accountants, and stakeholders to connect clients with Westpac’s SME solutions.

Westpac SME is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with third‑party introducers, brokers, and referral networks to drive new business opportunities.

You’ll leverage your lending expertise and strong interpersonal skills to develop a robust pipeline of SME customers through external channels. By partnering with brokers, accountants, and other key stakeholders in the business community, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting new customers to Westpac’s suite of SME solutions.
