Job summary

Iluka Resources in Perth, WA, is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the Category and Contract Management functions across mining, utilities, process chemicals, and site services.

Reporting to the General Manager - Mineral Sands Commercial, you will develop contracting strategies, manage complex contracts, and partner with stakeholders to maximise value and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading contract management in mining/resources/project environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
• Experience developing contracting strategies and negotiating contracts.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, negotiation, execution and management of contracts across the business.
• Develop contracting strategies for major contracts.
• Manage contract performance and support dispute resolution.
• Ensure contracting activities are delivered in accordance with company policies, governance requirements and industry best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement across contract management systems, processes and reporting, to improve commercial outcomes, manage risk, and deliver value.
• Lead, mentoring and developing the Contracts and Category Management team.
