Job summary

Doral Mineral SandsPty Ltd, based near Bunbury at our Picton Site, seeks a Commercial Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of commercial functions including mining leases, amenity agreements and major supplier contracts.

You will negotiate, execute and manage contracts in line with business objectives and financial best practice, provide governance, and collaborate with legal, finance and operations to align strategies and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or related discipline is desirable.
• 5–7 years’ experience in commercial, contracts or finance roles, preferably in mining, resources or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage mining leases and amenity agreements ensuring regulatory compliance and company obligations.
• Lead commercial negotiations with landholders, suppliers and service providers for favourable terms.
• Develop and manage supplier/service agreements with focus on value and legal compliance.
• Support legal and external advisors in drafting/reviewing contracts.
• Monitor commercial risks including contract exposure and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and legal to align commercial strategies.
• Provide input into tendering, capital projects and procurement activities.
