You will coordinate design teams, consultants and contractors, engage with clients, and advance to leadership through ongoing complex assignments and career progression.

• Lead projects across the full lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and planning through design, procurement, delivery and handover.
• Oversee project governance, reporting, quality assurance, variations, commissioning and final delivery
• Coordinate and lead consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Identify challenges early, drive solutions and maintain momentum across multiple project stakeholders
• Build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and providing proactive project advice.
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the consultancy while developing your own leadership capabilities.
