Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Project/Design Manager to own projects from acquisition through completion in a growing property and construction business. This hands-on role requires managing multiple stakeholders, consultants and budgets across the full development lifecycle.

You will lead development from feasibility to final delivery, coordinate design teams and authorities, and drive commercial outcomes while working closely with Directors and the broader construction

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience across construction, development management, project management or contract administration.
• Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, including feasibility, planning and approvals.
• Construction or property development background.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Confident managing consultants, contractors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Construction Management, Project Management or similar qualification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from acquisition, feasibility and planning through to construction and completion.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, feasibility and development reporting.
• Coordinate consultants, authorities, design teams, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee development approvals, design management and construction integration.
• Manage commercial construction projects and provide oversight across contracts, procurement and delivery.
• Assist with new business, tendering and identifying development opportunities.
• Work closely with Directors and the wider construction team to drive project and commercial outcomes.
