Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking a Client-Side Project Manager to lead projects for clients from feasibility through delivery, ensuring alignment with budgets, programmes and quality standards.

You will coordinate architects, consultants and contractors, manage risks and variations, and represent the client's interests across the project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in client-side project management.
• Proven ability to manage projects from feasibility to handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating architects, consultants and contractors.
• Proactive approach with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will manage projects on behalf of clients, overseeing the process from initial planning and design through to procurement, construction and completion.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets, programmes and quality expectations.

This role will suit someone with solid client-side experience who is confident managing stakeholders, coordinating project teams and navigating the challenges that come with project delivery.
