Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Procurement Manager in our Construction practice to lead sourcing, tendering, and contract establishment across a dynamic portfolio. You will work with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to drive value, mitigate risk, and ensure delivery aligned with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in construction, procurement or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years in construction procurement or project delivery.
• Experience coordinating tender processes across contractor markets.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing, risk and contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities with quality and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and clear procurement advice.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end procurement across the Construction portfolio, including sourcing, tendering, and contract establishment aligned to project delivery schedules
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to develop and support project-level procurement strategies that drive value and mitigate risk
• Lead tender processes from start to finish, including RFQs, market engagement, tender queries, evaluations and recommendations
• Coordinate contractor and supplier onboarding, ensuring alignment with panels, frameworks and governance
• Support commercial negotiations with the Construction team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain and monitor procurement schedules to align with project programmes and delivery timelines
• Identify market risks, capacity constraints and pricing trends for actionable insights
• Contribute to annual procurement plans and pipeline visibility across the portfolio
• Monitor supplier performance and support vendor reporting for continuous improvement
