SRG Global is seeking a motivated Contracts Manager to provide centralised contractual support and oversight across multiple projects in the civil construction sector.

You will review contracts, manage claims and variations, and work with Project Managers, Operations, Finance and Legal to drive commercial performance and risk control.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in contracts, commercial or contract administration within civil construction or infrastructure (>$20M projects).
• Experience administering subcontracts and supporting head contract requirements, with knowledge of AS and GC21 contracts desirable.
• Experience managing claims, variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence.
• Strong commercial, analytical and contractual interpretation skills with understanding of project programmes and delay analysis.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual support to Project Managers across multiple projects.
• Review subcontract terms and risk positions, escalating where required.
• Set up and administer head contracts and subcontracts with appropriate obligations.
• Lead development and review of contractual claims, including delay and variations.
• Assist with notices, claim submissions, and strategic correspondence.
• Support entitlement and claims strategies with proper documentation.
• Monitor time bars and outstanding actions; follow up with teams.
• Conduct monthly contract health checks and risk reviews.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Finance and Legal to improve outcomes.
• Drive consistent contract administration and governance across projects.
