Job summary

TalentWeb | B Corp is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support a national construction portfolio, collaborating with project managers to bring the right contractors on board and keep projects moving.

You’ll own sourcing and tender processes, support commercial negotiations and use market knowledge to help teams make informed decisions on pricing, risk and supplier selection, while managing multiple tenders and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction procurement or project delivery with a strong tendering background.
• Knowledge of fit-out, industrial, logistics or similar contractor markets.
• Commercial nous and ability to work with contractors and project teams.

You’ll take ownership of sourcing and tender processes, support commercial negotiations and use your market knowledge to help teams make informed decisions on pricing, risk and supplier selection.

We’re keen to hear from people with:

• Construction procurement or project delivery experience with a strong tendering background


• Knowledge of fit-out, industrial, logistics or similar contractor markets


• Commercial nous and confidence working with contractors and project teams


• The ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines
