Job summary

Woden Community Service Inc in Canberra seeks a Manager - Community Programs to provide strategic and operational leadership across Mental Health, Child, Youth and Family, Community Access, Intake, and Housing & Homelessness services.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and contracts, drive quality and continuous improvement, and build strong partnerships with government and community stakeholders to deliver outcomes for people and communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex community, health, social services, or not-for-profit programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of community services.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting contractual and funding outcomes.
• Manage budgets and compliance obligations; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams; build strong government, community, and sector relationships.
