Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager in Sydney to lead core planning processes and connect sales, category, and demand planning teams. You will analyse data, derive insights, and influence strategic choices to drive growth in our Beverages portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales/Category/Finance with cross-functional experience preferred.
• Experience in FMCG with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, forecasting and investment decision processes for Beverages.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities through Strategic Revenue Management and optimize ROI while balancing customer contribution and portfolio mix.
• Analyze customer-specific performance to identify drivers, risks and opportunities and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
• Own the commercial strategy and execution plan, partnering with Sales and Category teams to identify performance gaps and drive action.
• Manage the commercial planning and execution of new product launches and channel activations with strong cross-functional alignment.
