Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager for its North Sydney head office. This permanent full-time role leads the Commercial Planning Cycle, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring governance supports decision-making across the Commercial function.

The role partners with Commercial leaders to coordinate planning, monitor progress, and provide insights to drive business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in commercial planning, business planning, PMO, strategy execution, business operations or performance management.
• Experience coordinating business planning cycles, governance forums and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong project coordination, reporting and performance-tracking capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working within large, complex and fast-moving environments.
• A degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Commercial Planning Cycle, ensuring milestones, deliverables and timelines are achieved.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans with clear ownership and measures of success.
• Coordinate planning activities across Commercial teams to drive alignment and consistency.
• Manage governance forums, planning reviews and decision-making processes.
• Monitor progress against strategic priorities and identify risks, dependencies and delivery gaps.
• Provide reporting, insights and recommendations that support better business decisions.
• Build strong relationships across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Category and Strategy teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, governance and ways of working.
