Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst in Sydney to provide insightful analysis on performance trends and drive the financial direction of the business. This is a 4-month fixed-term contract with genuine potential for extension or permanency given strong growth.

You will analyse pricing, support pricing reviews, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and deliver commercial insights. Hybrid work arrangement (2 days from home) and substantial salary package are offered.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified accounting professional with strong communication and cross-functional engagement skills.
• Experience in pricing analysis, data analysis and commercial performance reporting.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders in a changing, transformative environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer pricing analysis and maintenance of pricing mechanisms.
• Support contract and customer pricing reviews, including levies and cost recovery initiatives.
• Commercial and performance reporting.
• Data analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Root-cause analysis of business performance and variances.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Tableau.
• Provide commercial support to the Sales function.
• Build cross-functional relationships to influence and execute initiatives.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements.
