Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial finance, FP&A or a similar analytical role.
• CA/CPA qualification preferred or equivalent.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and identify commercial opportunities.
• Analyse revenue, costs and profitability across a national branch network.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Deliver insightful weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis.
• Evaluate commercial initiatives, track benefits and assess financial outcomes.
• Analyse commission structures and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Review commercial agreements and assess financial implications and risks.
• Drive improvements in reporting, automation and financial processes.
