Job summary

The Leongatha RSL invites applications for a dynamic General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of the club, including hospitality and gaming, staff leadership and guest service.

You will develop strategies to grow revenue, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with the RSA/RSG, OH&S and liquor regulations, and partner with the Board to deliver the club’s vision and community objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality and gaming.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Understanding of relevant legislation including RSA/RSG, OH&S and liquor controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the club, including hospitality and gaming.
• Drive revenue and profitability through strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement budgets, forecasts and reporting for the Board.
