Job summary

Moss Vale Services Club in the NSW Southern Highlands is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations, strategy and member experience.

Reporting to the Board, you will drive revenue, oversee governance, and develop a high-performing team to deliver the club's continued growth in a beautiful regional setting.

Moss Vale Services Club is a successful community club located in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW. With a loyal membership base, and a recently refurbished Bar and Lounge area, the club offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Manager to make a lasting impact.

About the Role

Reporting to a supportive Board, you will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the clubs business performance, team leadership, member experience, and the delivery of initiatives that support the club's continued growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the club
• Drive revenue growth and business performance
• Lead and develop an experienced management team
• Work collaboratively with the Board to deliver strategic objectives
• Oversee financial performance, compliance, and governance requirements
• Build strong relationships with members, staff, community groups, and key stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous General Manager experience within a licensed club environment
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of business growth
• Experience working closely with Boards and governance structures
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Sound financial management and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
