Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Manager, Clinical Assurance & Risk to provide expert clinical assurance and governance across APAC. You will lead audits, identify risks, monitor regulatory changes, and develop executive reporting to support informed decisions.

The role requires a nursing degree with AHPRA registration, plus five years of clinical experience and three in governance, with strong communication and data analysis skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical assurance and governance advice across APAC.

• Identify and mitigate clinical governance risks; strengthen frameworks and registers.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance initiatives.
• Develop executive and board-level reporting and dashboards.
• Build clinical governance capability through coaching and education.
