Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing degree with AHPRA registration.
• At least five years of clinical experience and three years in a clinical assurance, quality, risk or governance role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engagement with senior management and clinicians.
• Experience in reporting and presenting to senior management.
• Experience analyzing clinical and operational data to guide governance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical assurance and governance advice to support risk, compliance and business teams across APAC.
• Lead assurance activities including audits, reviews, data analysis and insights to improve governance performance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate clinical governance risks while strengthening risk frameworks, controls and registers.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with clinical governance requirements.
• Develop executive and board-level reporting, dashboards and performance insights to support informed decision-making.
• Build clinical governance capability across the business through coaching, education and continuous improvement initiatives.
