Job summary

FactSet is seeking a client-focused professional to deepen relationships with our financial services clients in Australia. You will develop strong knowledge of FactSet products, client workflows, and industry needs to deliver valuable solutions.

In this role you will build trusted relationships, identify workflow improvements, coordinate with internal teams, and drive client adoption, retention, and growth across leading banks and asset managers.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizen, Australia PR, or New Zealand Citizen
• 2–4 years of working experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree; Finance, Economics, and Accounting majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered
• Passion for technology and its application in finance
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative team-player mindset
• Proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of FactSet products, client workflows, and the financial services industry
• Build trusted client relationships and understand business goals, challenges, and priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite
• Own client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
• Improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience
• Identify opportunities supporting client retention and growth
• Manage multiple priorities and client issues through resolution
• Share client feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements
• Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and experience
• Work with leading financial institutions, including investment banks, asset owners, asset managers, and wealth managers
