FactSet is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Client Success team in Sydney, Australia. You will solve business challenges for leading financial institutions by leveraging technology and our product suite.

The role suits graduates or finance professionals with 2–4 years of experience and a passion for finance tech. You will build strong client relationships, identify optimization opportunities, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver value.

What You’ll Do

• Developing strong knowledge across our products, client workflows, and the financial services industry
• Building trusted relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their business goals, challenges, and priorities
• Working with clients to identify opportunities to improve their workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite
• Taking ownership of client initiatives and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience
• Developing commercial awareness by identifying opportunities that support client retention and growth
• Managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of client issues from identification through to resolution
• Acting as a voice of the client by sharing feedback and insights that can help drive product and service improvements
• Contributing to team development by sharing knowledge and experience

Who We Are Looking For

• An Australian Citizen/ Australia PR/ NewZealand Citizen.
• Graduates or finance professionals with 2-4 years of working experience in the relevant industry.
• A bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting, majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered).
