Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Client & Project Lead to manage and grow client relationships across digital marketing, paid media and CRO. You will coordinate campaigns, projects and deliverables with cross-functional teams, while identifying opportunities to upsell across services.

The role supports US and Australian clients, with occasional early start times. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights and tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Services or Client Partnerships within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Solid understanding of paid media, performance marketing and CRO, with ability to discuss campaign performance and digital strategy with clients.
• Experience managing client relationships end-to-end: briefs, delivery, reporting, communication and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships across digital marketing, paid media and CRO.
• Manage campaigns, projects and deliverables across performance marketing, creative, data and development teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities across paid media, CRO and wider digital services within existing accounts.
• Translate campaign performance and data into clear insights, recommendations and business outcomes.
• Lead client conversations, present results, manage expectations and maintain strong partnerships.
