Job summary

Orchard Marketing, part of the Enero Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a growing client portfolio and drive revenue while maintaining exceptional client service. You will own end-to-end account management, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic, high-impact campaigns.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, delivering plans, forecasts and recommendations that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years agency experience.
• Previous creative agency experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Meticulous attention to detail; delivery-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple client stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Team player with a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
• Manage financial reporting and forecasting for your portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day client service and account growth.
• Develop and present account plans with SAD/GAD support.
• Strengthen agency-client relationships and drive organic growth.
• Collaborate across production and creative teams to deliver strong work.
