Qualifications

• 2+ years advertising agency experience (healthcare preferred).
• Digital and print production experience.
• Strong marketing and commercial strategy understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexible, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Assist day-to-day account management, ensuring exceptional service.
• Understand clients’ business goals and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate on strategic planning with Business Directors.
• Write briefs aligned to brand strategy and conduct briefings.
• Develop integrated concepts across departments.
• Lead digital and print project delivery with healthcare clients.
• Scope requests and manage budgets using Workbook.
• Document project scope and maintain risk/change logs.
• Communicate with clients through WIP meetings and updates.
• Ensure timely delivery within schedule and budget.
