Job summary

Orchard Marketing is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Healthcare team. You’ll bridge client needs and internal teams to deliver digital and print projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

You’ll shape strategy, write briefs, manage scopes and schedules, and ensure excellent service. Build trusted client relationships while collaborating across departments to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years advertising agency experience (preferably healthcare or regulated industry).
• Some digital and print production experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing and commercial strategy.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring service and delivery.
• Understand clients’ business, marketing goals, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Business Directors on strategic planning and high‑level conversations.
• Write briefs that align with the brand strategy and conduct internal briefs.
• Collaborate across departments to develop integrated concepts.
• Manage multiple digital and print projects, including websites and campaigns.
• Document project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Communicate with clients through WIP meetings and progress updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
