Macquarie Group is seeking a Change Readiness Consultant to drive high-volume change initiatives across Banking and Financial Services. You will perform impact assessments, craft communications, and track progress while helping teams adapt to change and embed new processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring experience as a Change Analyst in financial services, strong communication skills and a certified change-management

Formación

• Experience as Change Analyst in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management.
• Ability to assess impacts, manage risks and solve problems proactively.
• Experience developing communications, learning materials and adoption support resources.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and use of AI/digital tools; certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct impact assessments and track change progress with stakeholders.
• Deliver change communications and training materials to support adoption.
• Raise risks and manage mitigation actions throughout initiatives.
• Develop and maintain AI-optimised change tools and templates library.
• Collaborate with the Readiness Lead and Senior Managers to ensure successful outcomes.
