Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience, ideally in retail banking or financial services.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial models across data sources.
• Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• High attention to detail with well-documented analyses and outcomes.
