Job summary

NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the development and delivery of change management strategies for the Red Fleet Ownership and Maintenance Transfer Program. You will partner with the Director Fleet Transition and governance bodies to ensure readiness, adoption and benefit realisation across NSW agencies and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience leading change management activities for complex projects or enterprise-wide reforms.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship management with executive leaders and diverse groups.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills for clear, people-centred messaging.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, identify impacts, mitigate risks and drive adoption.
• Understanding readiness planning, adoption support, resistance management and benefits realisation.
