Revesby Workers’ Club is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive team, the CFO will shape financial strategy, governance and performance across the business.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on financial management, leading the Finance team, delivering timely insights, and partnering with the Board to support informed commercial decision

Qualifikationen

• CA or CPA qualification and strong governance
• Significant senior financial leadership experience in a complex organisation
• Budgeting, forecasting, modelling, analysis and board reporting
• Ability to translate complex financial info into practical insights
• Proactive in systems, processes and continuous improvement

• Providing strategic financial advice, modelling and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Delivering timely and insightful financial and management reporting to the Board.
• Providing commercial analysis and financial insights to support performance improvement.
• Maintaining financial controls, cash flow, treasury and working capital management.
• Overseeing statutory reporting, taxation, audit processes and risk management.
• Driving improvements in financial systems, reporting and data integrity.
• Leading and developing the Finance team and collaborating with stakeholders.
