Revesby Workers’ Club is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership across the group. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape financial strategy, drive governance and deliver insightful reporting while supporting executive decisions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, oversee audits and regulatory compliance, and develop a high-performing Finance team in a fast-paced NSW environment.

Formación

• CA or CPA qualified finance executive with strong commercial judgement.
• Significant senior financial leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and Board-level reporting.
• Strong governance, risk management, internal controls, audit and compliance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic financial leadership across RWC and subsidiaries.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Deliver timely management reporting and Board presentations.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
• Oversee statutory reporting, taxation and internal/external audits.
• Drive improvements in systems, processes and data integrity.
• Develop and lead the Finance team and partner with executives.
